Workout

  • 12 barbell squats x 3
  • 12 barbell lunges x 3
  • 20 elevated kick backs on bench x 3
  • 15 sumo squats with dumbbells x 3 
  • 10 hip raises with swiss ball x 3
  • 12 goblet squats with Bosu balance ball x 3
  • 10 front kicks x 3
  • 12 barbell deadlifts x 3
  • 10 lying leg curls with weights x 3
 
I end with 5-6 sets of sprint on a high speed for 1 minute on the treadmill and 1 minute light jogging. Once I'm done I stretch it out.
